How does the trial work?

14 days, no credit card required, full Optimize feature access. The trial ends automatically with no charge — convert any time during the trial to keep going. Skip the conversion and your account drops back to Starter (free); your logged data stays put.Read more →

What if I want to cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access through that period and can resume anytime before it ends without losing your data or settings.Read more →

What happens if I downgrade?

Your subscription updates at the start of the next billing period — you keep your current tier's features until then. Stepping down from Elite drops lab upload, AI chat, and AI insights; stepping down from Optimize drops AI workouts, recipes, and the rest of the Optimize-only features. Either way, your logged data stays exactly where it is, ready for when you come back.Read more →

How do discount codes work?

Codes apply at checkout. Some codes are global (anyone can use them), some are coach-team specific (auto-applied when you join a coach's team), and some are user-specific (provided to you by support). If a code doesn't apply, the checkout page tells you why.Read more →
