Members independently subscribe to Optimize or Elite. A volume discount unlocks on any coach plan as your roster grows — one-third of it at 5 active members, two-thirds at 15, all of it at 25 — and you choose how much passes through to them and how much banks against your own invoice. It applies to their subscription and scales with your active roster.
